‘Tis the season! I’ve never been a huge hot cocoa drinker (although the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate from Starbucks is to die for) but my mom drinks it every morning on her way to work. I thought I’d join her and add a festive Christmas touch, dressing up the beverage with my favorite Anthropologie mug, whipped cream and a side of peppermint!
The idea for these candy cane marshmallow pops came from Pinterest, of course. I broke the candy cane in half, crushed the bottom halves and pierced the marshmallow with the hook side. Then melted some mini chocolate chips, rolled the marshmallows in the chocolate, then peppermint then let dry.
