I have a ridiculous pasta salad obsession and this has become a new favorite, swapping macaroni for healthy broccoli. At first the ingredients sounded bizarre (raisins?) but I promise, it works.
The salad is refreshing and delicious, although we did make a few changes from the original recipe – ditching the bacon, sugar and tomatoes but adding sliced almonds and carrots.
